Review and verification of WebhostingPad

CMS will use the database a lot of MovableType and WordPress, Joomla, etc. called MySQL.
WebHostingPad is supposed to make an unlimited number of MySQL. Also has a video tutorial on how to set up.
Since I use a CMS to most sites, I tried to set up immediately.
